My second appearance in a book is in KidRobot‘s ‘I am plastic’. My Racer Trexi is shown on page 342. Cool

A couple of my toys are featered in ‘Dot Dot Dash’, a book about designer toys, action figures and character art. My custom for Djek Toyz‘ Diggaz is shown on page 18, together with a produced design, which unfortunately didn’t turn out the way we wanted. Due to Djek Toyz budget, the process was cancelled and only DIY Diggaz were made. My third Trexi is also featured in the book.

In 2005, i entered a competition started by Play Imaginative with a design for a yet to release designer toys series called ‘Trexi‘. Too my surprise, i won! My ‘Trapped in Space’ design was being produced! Soon after series 1 was released, series 2 was announced and my ‘Racer Trexi’ was also being produced. Later, Coca Cola Asia had their own Trexi-series “We all speak football” released, for which I was asked to enter another design. Unfortunately, my first entry was similar to another design so I had to come up with another in just one day. But I’m happy I still got to be in those series as well!
